To ensure smooth production, kindly abide to the following:
Schedules & Meetings:
- FPS will communicate available productions slots for each season.
- Designers can book their slots by responding to the email and pay a non-refundable deposit of EGP 7K within one week.
- Once payment is submitted designers must book their design submission meeting with FPS within the first week of the slot month.
- Rescheduling meetings is acceptable 5 working days prior to the set meeting and based on availability.
- In case of meeting delays beyond the first week of the slot month, the designer production will be shifted to the first available slot.
- Deposit is refundable in case of cancelation three months prior to the meeting

The following items should be available during the meeting:
- Production designs printed
- Minimum designs is 7 and maximum designs 11 per slot (printed)
- Minimum production per design is 11 (including colors and sizes)
- Size chart (printed)
- Brand labels
- If you require receiving your production on hanger, please provide the hangers
Restocking:
- Restocking is accepted only during slots booking, rarely we can accept restock during the rest of the year. Therefore we recommend you stock all your required quantities from the beginning .
- Delivering restock depends on the number of items and quantity (please allow an average of 30 working days)
Delivery & Time Lines:
- Please allow 20 working days from design submission date for the samples to be ready for fitting
- Please ensure you make time for the fitting meeting immediately to avoid collection production delays
- Production estimated time is 3-5 weeks from receiving fabric
- Please allow a total of 6-9 weeks to complete the production process. The best practice is to plan a collection 4-8 months ahead
- Please note that some designs may take longer time (based on complexity), which will be communicated to you during design submission meeting
